Step 2: Engineering Quote & Design (1–2 working days)

Our RF engineer reviews your specs and sends:

- Quotation with tooling / unit / sample cost
- Proposed antenna solution (active / passive / FPC / ceramic / external)
- Lead time and MOQ

Step 3: Sample Prototype (3–7 working days)

We build and test your samples in-house:

- RF performance test (gain, VSWR, efficiency)
- Return samples with test report
- 1–2 rounds of free revision if needed

Step 4: Validation & Tooling (1–2 weeks)

After sample approval:

- Finalize drawings and materials
- Build production tooling (if custom housing)
- Prepare SMT program

Step 5: Mass Production (15–25 days)

- First article inspection (FAI)
- Mass production with 100% RF test
- QC, packaging, shipping
